purchasing 450 apartments units for refurbishment and cash flow. Sold to Korean
American Investment Firms.

Siam Partners Ltd. Thailand. Manager and Owner of Hotel Property in Jomtien
sold Hotel and Company in November 06, and resigned as Managing Director in
February 2007.
